Hello,

I noticed some sample stations cannot be opened on RoboDK Web, showing the pop-up as attached (license limited). I thought the RoboDK web was available even for users not have the downloaded software.

Please let me know if anything important is missing on my side.

It should work if you have a stable internet connection. Can you try again? If it fails, can you provide us with the steps to reproduce?

If not, as a test, can you the RoboDK for Web version provided in our Chinese server?

I confirmed no issues on the Chinese server you provided, but the Japanese one doesn't work well even after changing the internet server.

Do you mean you have issues only when going to the Japanese version of RoboDK for Web in the following link?

I'm unable to reproduce the save limit issue. If the issue persists, can you send me the RDK file you have issues with?

Also, could you provide a print screen of the console log?

1. Right click on the top toolbar and select Inspect
   
2. Select the Console tab
   
3. Copy/paste the text you see
